Property developer

Having bought and renovated a succession of my own houses I decided to change my career and become a property developer. I bought a run down flat and brought it up to a very high standard for renting. This led to me creating a portfolio of properties which I let out and manage myself. I project manage from start to finish liaising with solicitors, estate agents, contractors and tenants. As a Director of a RTM Company I set and keep to strict budgets and deadlines.
